Currently, she is working towards her PhD under “Doctorats Industrials ” fellowship, in collaboration with the University of Lerida, CTFC and FBS. Her research focuses on implementing innovative technologies in enhancing decision making and knowledge transfer in the forestry sector under global changes.
Previously, she was a recipient of Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowship in conducting research in geo-visualization and decision support in hydro-meteorological risk management, within the Innovative Training Networks (ITN) CHANGES: Changing Hydro-meteorological Risks – as Analysed by a New Generation of European Scientists, coordinated by ITC-University of Twente, the Netherlands. She participated, as research assistant, in various research projects at TEIA developing geo-informatics (GI) solutions, and worked for a couple of years as a GI team leader in consultancy.
